Akiko Shiratsuchi

Akiko Shiratsuchi has served as Senior HR Generalist since July 2021. Akiko brings years of experience covering many aspects of HR including full cycle recruiting. She previously worked at Imuraya USA, Inc. and most recently, Kobelco Compressors America, Inc.  She has certificates in HR Management, Supervision and Leadership, Lean Six Sigma and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Science and Japanese from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Akiko is responsible for recruiting, onboarding and offboarding as well as appreciation/fun/recognition events and assists with employee relations needs.
