Genene Salman, PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS, CNSC received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the College of Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. She has worked at various hospitals as an inpatient clinical pharmacist. She holds multiple certifications, including critical care (BCCCP) and pharmacotherapy (BCPS), and she is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC). She teaches hospital pharmacy, introduction to clinical pharmacokinetics, gastrointestinal disorders, and nutrition support. Her clinical practice site is at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, where she provides her clinical services to critically ill patients. She has published on a variety of topics including nutrition support, critical care, evidence-based medicine appraisals, and pharmacy education. Dr. Salman is an active member of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN).
