Martin Holt is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served as a medic. He graduated from the Stanford University Primary Care Associate Program in 1995. He has worked as a physician assistant in various settings to include urgent care, emergency medicine, women’s health and community medicine. For over 25 years, he continues to work at a local federally qualified health clinic caring for the underserved population. Martin has precepted physician assistant students for most of his career.
Martin received his bachelor’s degree in health science with a minor in health education from Excelsior College of New York. He obtained a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University Fullerton. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), California Academy of Physician Assistants (CAPA) and Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA).
Martin joined Marshall B. Ketchum University PA program in 2016. He is an assistant professor at MBKU’s School of Physician Assistant Studies. He instructs students in the didactic phase of their training.
