Today, June 23, marks the 50th anniversary of the date the Title IX bill was signed. The bill provides protection and prevents gender or sex-based discrimination, harassment, and violence – including retaliation against those who report. Title IX applies to all gender identities and sexualities and to all students and employees alike – including clinical rotations and other off-site educational experiences.
To mark the anniversary, we wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that all of MBKU’s educational programs and activities are subject to Title IX.
