Biography

Dr. Fujimoto received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, Irvine in 1991 and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1995. Dr. Fujimoto completed a one year optometric residency in Primary Care, Hospital Based, Geriatric Optometry at the Sepulveda VA Medical Center in 1996. Dr. Fujimoto joined the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in 1997 and is currently the Chief of the Optometry Service. He became the facility’s coordinator for the Residency in Ocular Disease program in 2004.
